Returns policy

Purchases can be returned at your own expense for a full refund.

How to return an item

Mail me within a week to let me know if you're returning something.
Get a Certificate of Posting (or equivalent) stamped by the Post Office.
Return the item within 14 days of your receiving it.

Earrings must be unworn and jewellery items must be returned in their original boxes. All items must be returned in the condition you received it.

Payment methods

I accept payments by PayPal.

UK buyers can also pay by cheque or Postal Order in pounds sterling made out to ArcGlade Services Ltd.

If you're buying from me for the first time, your order will be sent once your cheque or eCheque clears, usually 5-7 business days from receipt. (An eCheque is a PayPal payment funded through your bank account rather than credit card.)

Do not send cash, money orders or bankers drafts.

Unpaid orders

Orders that are unpaid for 7 days will be cancelled.

Import Duty

Please note that packages posted outside Europe have a customs label with the full purchase price on it. You might be asked to pay Import Duty when you receive your purchase. The threshold and percentage varies by country.

Delivery

UK orders are sent by First Class mail. All other orders are sent Air Mail. I normally send out orders on the day payment clears (allow 5 days for cheques and 7 days for eCheques to clear).

Value-Added Tax (VAT)

Payments are made to my company, ArcGlade Services Ltd which is registered for VAT (registration number: 564 2614 43).

Prices include 17.5% VAT unless stated otherwise.

Taxed countries are: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Buyers from other countries aren't charged VAT.
