I reckon keegan's a dog and I shall share my reasoning with you.
  • dogs have hairy faces, so does keegan
  • dogs don't use the shift key, neither does keegan
  • dogs don't type well, neither does keegan
  • dogs don't use smileys, neither, surprisingly, does keegan
  • dogs spend a lot of time sniffing around, uh, sorry, it'd be indelicate for me to be specific, but I can assure you that this is a trait shared by keegan

To illustrate my point, I shall exploit a ploy that no dog can resist; I shall throw a stick and we'll see what retrieves it.

[Paola whistles and then flings a stick out towards the swirling masses of beyond, watching it dwindle as it falls into the distance]

? PICK UP STOCK
You do not have a STOCK.
? PICK UP STICK
Ok.
? THROW STICK
You hear a yelp. You notice that your lunch is missing.
? I
You have:
apple
+3 +3 mace
20 +1 +0 arrows
blue potion
chartreuse potion
scroll labeled "id kqara bonoz"
scroll labeled "zobba hrk pharides"
scroll of mapping
-1 -2 leather armor
+1 +1 chain mail (currently being worn)
onyx ring
ring of increase strength (on left hand)
willow wand
painful rash on thigh
? SCRATCH
Scratch what?
? SCRATCH THIGH
You feel momentary relief, following by burning sensation.
? Q
You have:
a: blue potion
b: chartreuse potion
What do you want to quaff? A
You feel a bit free. You begin to belch the National Anthem. A purple gas rises out of your nose, taking the shape of one of Hannibal's pachyderms skiing across an Alpine wilderness. Unbidden memories of your mother cause your left eyelid to twitch uncontrollably. You whimper. Swearing off blue potions for the third time this week, you resolve to write home more often and quit wasting so much time screwing around on the net. A calm settles over you, and you realize that it's time you got back to work.

The End.

I've just become overwhelmed by an urge to type "take stick". Sorry.

Perhaps this is a propmt to start a thread about stick taking?
I guess that's _almost_ related to dogs...

Heather and Bob who will chase a stick only so that he can then eat it
