I first met Paola on the CHI-WEB usability mailing list in the early 2000s. A true digital native, Paola possesses a deep technical insight in the way the internet works, combined with first-hand experience of the social web throughout its evolution. She is passionate about the potential of the internet and has a natural empathy with the user.
