Paola was critical in the founding and creation of Ascot Speakers - an affiliate of Toastmasters International. Ascot Speakers, whilst a very new venture, is already showing signs of real promise and Paola has cultivated a warm, supportive environment with an appetite to avoid cutting corners, but moreover teach the Members the true art of public speaking. Paola is open to new ideas and very determined. I am in awe of what she has achieved in such a short space of time.
