As a software developer, working with Paola was a joy. Everything on the project went very smoothly -- we understood one another, she "gets it" about good design, she's very prompt to answer email, and she was willing to go the extra step to make my life easier, especially in terms of documenting the changes that were about to happen. It's that kind of behavior that makes working with people much much easier and I like that.
