Paola has set up a superb Toastmasters club in Ascot which will charter early next year. She has worked tirelessly to make it a professional and vibrant club by visiting other clubs in the area and taking the best of what she has seen, as well as using her own experience.
Paola doesn't just accept bums on seats. She arranges one-to-one meetings with new members to understand their speaking and leadership needs, which helps the individual and the club as a whole.
The standards set at Ascot is very high and soon we will have another very competitive club in the area with talented speakers, all thanks to Paola and her team.
