Paola is a woman of many talents, vibrant and ideas-led she actively seeks problems to solve and things she can do to help both within and outside her role. She supported us as a volunteer for a couple of months during which time she most notably supported user experience research on our discussion forum and the development of persona's. She was a welcome and active member of the team and we hope she will support us as a volunteer again!
