Paola worked for 7 months on an extremely complex information architecture project requiring her to identify problems and define solutions to a variety of issues. This work demanded expert communication and project management skills across our technical, UX and product departments, involving stakeholders of many seniorities and roles. As such, this was a very unusual but important project for us.
Paola produced an extremely high-quality, imaginative, and above all practical result that would also have been impossible without her ability to think clearly about, communicate and explain her work to everyone involved.
I would not have have trusted anyone else but her to tackle the work. Paola is, in my experience, the most highly-skilled Information Architect currently practising in the UK.
