I had already been on a Sea-Change programmer's course, which I'd documented for the company.

I designed and built a Sea-Change database to manage the responses.

  • store information on people, companies and people at companies
  • associate user-defined categories with people, such as things that people have or things that people want
  • associate the contact with the contact medium
  • define a response and the medium
  • maintain a contact history with companies or people at companies
  • enter price list information
  • enter and print quotations
  • print reports
