I had already been on a Sea-Change programmer's course, which I'd documented for the company.
I designed and built a Sea-Change database to manage the responses.

- associate user-defined categories with people, such as things that people have or things that people want
- associate the contact with the contact medium
- define a response and the medium
- maintain a contact history with companies or people at companies
- enter price list information
- enter and print quotations
- print reports
