In 1996, Limitless received a Request For Proposal to provide web services to IBM Global Networks for an online mall they were planning.

Paola didn't think that the costing suggestions were reasonable for the kind of sub-contracted work; we responded to the RFP with an alternative pricing model and strategy developed by Paola.

As a result, Limitless was picked by IBM to be their web partner to build medium-to-large web sites.
